What we treat
I’m a warm and engaging Clinical Psychologist who works collaboratively with my clients to develop evidence-based interventions to help clients reach their goals. While skilled in the treatment of mental health disorders, my approach to sessions goes beyond treating symptoms, to address broader goals including motivation, client-centred values, identity, meaning, and purpose. I use a range of evidence-based models including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness, and other modalities as appropriate to each client’s specific needs.
