What we treat
I am a clinical psychologist, passionate about supporting adults across the lifespan. I work with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to make meaningful change. I have a special interest in supporting women and families during the perinatal period.
I am a registered clinical psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Newcastle. I have worked across a variety of settings, including primary mental health care, psychiatric inpatient units, hospital outpatient services, and university clinics. I take a person-centred approach, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients build insight, resilience, and wellbeing as they work toward their goals.
