What we treat
I primarily work with people aged 16–40 who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or uncertainty in their lives. Many of the clients I see struggle with overthinking, low mood and self-doubt, or feel stuck when it comes to things like relationships and work/life balance. I also support people through navigating life transitions and in building healthier routines around lifestyle, meaning, and values. My approach is collaborative and individually tailored, designed to help clients understand their patterns, build self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to manage thoughts, emotions, and everyday challenges. Drawing on my experience in high-performance environments, including over a decade of experience in both the hospitality and creative arts industries, I understand how stress, pressure, confidence and motivation can shape general wellbeing and self-development.
I am a generally registered psychologist (AHPRA) with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Masters of Psychology (Sport & Exercise). I have worked across private practice, clinical settings, and high-performance sporting environments, with experience spanning individual therapy, psychological assessment, and delivering practical, skills-based programs. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
