Hi, I’m Yakira

Yakira is a naturally warm and empathetic Psychologist who is passionate about helping people to become “unstuck” and find meaning again, and in turn enhance their relationships with themselves and others.

Yakira’s therapeutic style is non-judgemental, and her interventions draw from different modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, depending on the unique needs of each individual.
