Why it helps

Grief often comes in waves and that's normal. You may feel sadness, anger, peace, or even laughter in the same week. This journal is here to support you through those changes and provides structure in a time that can feel uncertain.

For some, grief can become more prolonged and intense over time. If you're feeling stuck or unable to cope, this might be complex persistent grief and speaking with a psychologist can help. Sessions for this may be Medicare-rebatable.
