What if I don’t want a video consult? Can I have a phone-only consult?
Someone.health sessions are held by video.
Our sessions are booked as video consultations, and you can't choose a phone session when you book online.
If you're unable to use video, for example if you don't have a camera, email [email protected] or call 1300 546 821 as early as you can before your appointment. Tell us your appointment date and time. We'll check with your psychologist whether a phone session is possible.
