No, there's no need to install any apps.
Video sessions run in your web browser, so there's nothing to download. You'll need a good internet connection, and you can join from a computer, phone or tablet.
Your video link is in the confirmation and reminder emails and SMS messages we send you. You can also log in, open Appointments and select Join on your appointment.
