My psychologist cancelled or didn't join my appointment
You won't be charged, and it won't count as one of your Medicare sessions. Here's how to rebook.
If your psychologist cancels
We'll email you to let you know. The email has a Rebook appointment button so you can choose a new time.
You won't be charged for an appointment your psychologist cancels, and it doesn't use one of your Medicare sessions.
If no times suit you, you can change to a different psychologist.
If your psychologist doesn't join
Please wait 15 minutes. Sessions sometimes start a few minutes late. See my psychologist hasn't arrived, what do I do?
If your psychologist still hasn't joined, call us on 1300 546 821 or email [email protected]. We'll find out what happened and help you rebook.
You won't be charged a no-show fee if your psychologist didn't join. If you were charged, email us and we'll refund it.
