What services may incur additional fees?
Reports, letters and some other services are not covered by Medicare and may cost extra.
The following administration/duties may incur a fee or not be covered at your appointment:

Individualised letters made on request and referrals that do not pertain to a template format and may include treatment history.

Letters or information requested when the client is not currently receiving services with Someone.health.

Carers allowance forms when the client is not currently receiving services with Someone.health and/or more than 6 months have passed since diagnosis.

Phone calls that exceed 10 minutes in length.

Assessments and assessment reports.

Support letters for visa applications.

Individualised 'take-home' written programs or instructions.

School visits for observation, conferences, or meetings.

Workplace support visits, meetings with employers/staff/support workers, staff training and workshops, written reports, and workplace resources.

Legal reports.

Functional capacity assessments.
