Why do I need to provide my credit card details?
If you don't show up to your appointment we'll charge you $100 to compensate your psychologist for their time.
Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment.
If you don't attend, or you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours to go, we'll charge the card saved on your account $100 as a late cancellation or no-show fee. This at least partly compensates your psychologist for their lost income.
For bulk-billed sessions, we don't charge your card when you book.
