How do I cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be cancelled when you log into your profile.
- Log in. If you haven't set a password yet, set one here first.
- Select Appointments.
- Choose the appointment you want to cancel, then select Cancel.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, a $100 late cancellation fee is charged to your saved card to compensate your psychologist for their time.
