Where do I send my referral and mental health treatment plan?
If you want to get Medicare rebated or bulk billed appointments, you will need to see a GP first.
When you see your GP, ask for a mental health treatment plan and a referral to a psychologist. Your GP will know exactly what you need.
We suggest asking for a copy so you can upload the documents yourself. You can upload them while you book, or later in your account under Documents.

For a bulk-billed appointment we need your GP referral before your session. Your mental health treatment plan can be added any time before your scheduled session.
