I missed my appointment, what happens now?

Sorry to hear you missed your appointment.

You'll just need to jump onto your account on Someone.health to book another appointment with your psychologist at a time that works best for you.

As a heads up, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee which goes to slightly compensate your psychologist for their time. You'll need to pay this fee before you can book again.

If something serious stopped you attending, such as a medical emergency, you can ask us to waive the fee.
